Working Principle of VSI Impact Sand Making Machine

The VSI sand making machine uses high-speed running materials to crush each other by themselves. When the material enters the rotor and is thrown out after centrifugal acceleration, it collides and breaks with the surrounding guard plate. It can also be split through the bulk material tray. One part is scattered from the surroundings, and the other part enters the rotor and accelerates and rushes out to collide and friction with the scattered materials around. As the crushing progress, the small-particle materials gradually form a layer of material near the peripheral guard plate, which improves the crushing effect and protects the equipment. 1. Center Feeding:
1)Raw material falls down into feed hopper,
2)Then enters impeller through central entrance hole. It is accelerated in highly speed impeller,
3)Then is thrown out at speed of 60-75m/s.
4)When hitting impact plate, it is crushed.
5)Final products come downwards though outlet.
2. Ring Feeding:
1)Raw material falls down into feed hopper,
2)Then through ring, it is divided into two parts by material-dividing plate.
3)One enters into impeller through the center of material-dividing plate.
4)The other falls down from outside of material-dividing plate.
5)Material, which is thrown out by impeller at speed of 60-75m/s, hits material coming down from outside of material-dividing plate. In this way, material is crushed.
