Working principle
Cone crusher consists of frame, transmission device( countershaft, countershaft bushing, gear and pinion), main shaft, eccentric shaft, cone, mantle, bowl-shaped bearing, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening.
Transmission device: Countershaft assembly is supported by the bronze countershaft bushings, which can be dismounted for the convenience of maintenance. And the gear and pinion with high strength and high precision are adopted to ensure the reliable operation of equipment.
Main shaft: Forged from hardened and tempered chrome molybdenum steel particularly large diameter to suit the wear-resisting application. A high-quality copper socket liner can bear the high crushing load and allows the machine to work under rigorous conditions.
